Bilao (a tray built in bamboo
material) and Palayok (a cooking pot made up of clay) is well-known for its
meals like seafood and other delicacies often served on those 2 local cooking
materials.
The restaurant has a wide ranging freshly caught seafood such as
tuna, shrimp, crab, clam, squid, blue marlin, bangus (milk fish), and the like.
And if you’re a meat-lover, you’ll never get disappointed with their vast
selection of meals cooked from pork, chicken, and beef, perfected with
flavourful local ingredients.
This unforgettable culinary
experience was not complete without a sip of the refreshing fruitshake.
You will surely enjoy the menu because most meals are grilled, steamed, baked, and seasoned with butter, while some are cooked with soup and served with complimentary side dish.
Picking your choice is not a burden. The prices are reasonable and they can be purchased according to your budget such as set meals including the rice, soup and dessert.
Then they have combo meals and meals on a platter for a big group.
For a complete copy of menu, here's what I got.
